Delivery costs

Standard delivery is €5.90, or free when your product subtotal reaches €50.00. Check the delivery options and destination at checkout; delivery arrangements are explained on our shipping page.

Returns & your rights

A 14-day withdrawal period generally applies to eligible online purchases. Read the process, conditions and exceptions before requesting a return. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Currency & payment

Browse in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN; EUR is our base currency. Online payment processing is not yet connected. An order confirmation does not mean that a payment has been taken.
