Order Information
Ordering at Alicen SL is simple and does not require an account. Here's how it works.
How to order
- 1. Choose a product.
- 2. Add it to the cart.
- 3. Review the cart — change quantities or remove items.
- 4. Enter your delivery information at checkout.
- 5. Select the available delivery and payment options.
- 6. Review your order and the total, including delivery.
- 7. Confirm the order.
- 8. Receive an order confirmation with your order number on screen.
Keep your order number
Your order number (for example HN-10000) is shown on the confirmation page. Please keep it — we'll need it to help you with any question, return or complaint.
Order confirmation emails
Automatic confirmation emails are not yet active. Please note down or screenshot your order number on the confirmation page.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually help before the order has been dispatched. Your statutory right of withdrawal always remains available.
