Delivery area

Alicen SL is intended for customers in the European Union. The countries we currently deliver to are the ones available for selection in the country field at checkout.

Standard delivery

  • Delivery fee: €5.90 for orders below €50.00.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Free delivery

Free standard delivery within the EU applies to orders with a product subtotal of €50.00 or more.

The free-delivery rule applies to standard delivery only.

Express delivery

  • Delivery fee: €12.90, regardless of order value.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Tracking

Automatic shipment tracking is not yet available. If you have a question about the status of your delivery, please contact customer support with your order number.
