1. Introduction

Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order you accept them. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you remain unaffected.

2. Definitions

• "We", "us", "Alicen SL": Alicen SL.
• "You", "customer": the person placing an order.
• "Consumer": a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
• "Products": the goods offered in the store.

3. Scope of the service

Alicen SL is an online store selling home goods to customers in the European Union. Orders are placed as a guest; no customer account is required.

4. Products and product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur. Dimensions and materials are listed on each product page.

5. Prices

All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you place your order.

6. Currency

Prices are set in euros (EUR). Amounts in USD, GBP or PLN are converted from the euro price at the exchange rate stored in the store and recorded with your order.

7. Orders

Product presentations are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking "Place order" you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. An order number is shown immediately after checkout.

8. Order acceptance

The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; any payment received will then be refunded.

9. Payment

Payment methods will be displayed during checkout based on the payment providers currently available.

Goods are dispatched after payment has been received.

10. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated times are set out on the Delivery & Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates.

11. Returns

Returns and the right of withdrawal are described on the Returns & Refunds page.

12. Consumer rights

Consumers benefit from statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See the Consumer Rights page for a general overview.

13. Product availability

Stock levels are shown on product pages. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund any payment received for it.

14. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, design and images, may not be copied or reused without permission.

15. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
