This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process when you use the Alicen SL store, why, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Personal data we collect
- Customer and contact information: first and last name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery information: street address, postal code, city and country.
- Order information: ordered products, quantities, prices, currency and exchange rate shown, chosen delivery and payment method, order number.
- Payment-related information: the chosen payment method and payment status. Alicen SL does not store card details.
- Contact form messages: name, email, optional order number, subject and message.
- Website usage data: technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access processed by our hosting infrastructure to deliver the website securely.
- Browser storage: cart, favourites, currency and cookie choice are stored locally in your browser (see Cookie Policy).
4. Legal bases for processing
- Order processing and delivery — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR).
- Accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR).
- Customer support and website security — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR).
- Optional cookies, if introduced — consent (Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR).
5. Order processing and customer support
We use your data to process and deliver your order, to handle returns and complaints and to answer your enquiries.
6. Service providers
We use service providers (processors) that host and operate the website and database on our behalf. The final list of processors — including hosting, payment, delivery and any analytics providers — will be added here once the technology, payment and delivery stack is finalised. Processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data retention
Order data is kept as long as necessary to fulfil the order and handle warranty claims, and afterwards for the retention periods required by commercial and tax law. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry. Browser storage remains on your device until you clear it.
8. Data security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Orders and contact messages cannot be read through the public website.
9. International data transfers
If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
11. Withdrawing consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
12. Right to complain
